PUBS

RESTAURANTS

CLUBS

In 2002 my partner Emily and I bought a run down pub with no kitchen in the small village of Long Ashton on the outskirts of Bristol.  We turned it around from a £60,000 per annum business to a £360,000 per annum business in five years.  My kitchen consistently reached 72.5% GP and we set up a catering business because customers wanted  me to cook for their weddings, family celebrations and the like.

The Retreat and Retreat Catering became too busy for me.  I have no aspiration in building a large business but I'm happy to help others do so.  My passion is producing healthy, delicious and simple food and so if you have a business where you want to introduce food that makes a good  gross profit, speak to me.
